Scout

Hi I’m Scout, I’m 17 and I’m currently in year 12 at Wantirna College. One of the reasons I became a swim teacher is because I wanted to share my love for the water and help my students gain the skills and confidence to be safe and enjoy swimming. 

I’m one of 4 kids for my Mum (Caz) and my Dad (Ian). There’s my older brother Jac, my older sister Paige, who is also a swim teacher here, then me, and my younger sister Fraya. 

I have two dogs, Frankie, a Border Collie cross Kelpie and Nellie, a Blue Merle Border Collie. 

What I love doing in my free time is going to the beach, swimming, surfing, playing sports, hanging out with friends, being with my family and going on holidays. 

I currently play two sports, Footy and Basketball and I used to do athletics. Once I finish school the ultimate goal is to become an AFLW player but also, I would love to become a primary school PE teacher or something within the sporting industry.
