Enrolment policies

1. Any enrolment starts from the date you place your child’s name in a class. I.e., Start dates cannot be forward dated.
2. Payment confirms enrolment. Places may only be held without payment for a maximum of 3 days. 

We offer many different classes please note the additional enrolment policies below depending on the situation:

Regular Group classes:

 (i.e. Once per week during term)

1. $60.00 is non-refundable per term.
2. Enrolments are confirmed by payment in full or as per agreed payment plan
3. A discount is available to families attending the term.

Regular Private lessons:

(i.e. Once per week during term)

1. The amount equivalent to 4 classes is non-refundable per term.
2. Enrolments are confirmed by payment in full or as per agreed payment plan

Intensive Group classes or Intensive Private lessons:

(i.e. Once per day during school holidays)

1. Payment in full is non-refundable.
2. Enrolments are confirmed by payment in full.
3. Enrolments are taken for the complete week, i.e. You cannot select individual days to attend and pay for.

Casual Private lessons:

(i.e. One-at-a-time as needed)

1. Enrolments are confirmed by payment in full, which is non-refundable….
