What happens if I miss a class?
As much as possible, please make the effort to attend all your regular classes so you can develop with the teacher and the other students in your class.
If you are not able to attend your class, as a courtesy, please text us so that your teacher knows not to expect you, to be eligible for a make up class you must give us 24 hours notice of your absence.
Regular Group classes
(i.e. Once per week during term):
Make-up classes are booked during regular classes. Bookings can be made any week during the term. Bookings are made with our Administration staff.
Regular Private lessons
(i.e. Once per week during term):
Make-up classes are booked as part of a regular class not as a Private lesson. Bookings can be made any week during the term. Bookings are made with our Administration staff.
What you need to know:
- Make-up classes must be taken-up in the term that the absence occurred in.
- If you are absent from a make-up class, you cannot make-up a make-up class.
