Sarah

Hi, my name is Sarah; I am married to Warren and have two beautiful boys Ben & Timothy.
I’ve spent the last 12 years in the pool teaching children from 6months to 5 years how to Swim and be safe around the water. After many laughs , tears and celebrations keeping legs long, eyes down, arms up and bubble blowing, I’m spending a little less time in the water and more time helping with administration.
So I’m looking forward to meeting you and your family soon as begin your journey here.
In my spare time you will find me watching my son’s endless sport games and helping out at their Cricket club.
Whilst also enjoying life with family and friends at Kangaroo Ground surrounded by beautiful countryside and amazing views.

I started swim teaching while maternity leave with Sophie and loved it so much I couldn’t give it up.
In 2017 I started m studies at Deakin to become a Kindergarten teacher – because I love being able to help kids learn new skills and grow in confidence.
I look forward to nurturing the skills of swimming and water safety with your child.

Mikki

Swimming has been part of my life for as long as I can remember and I love the water.
I have a younger brother and love spending time with family and friends.
If I’m not in the pool you could find me playing tennis, at the beach or hiking a mountain.
I have a degree in Health Science (Psychology & Sport Coaching) and over the last few years have definitely caught the travel bug – having travelled to New Zealand, Europe, Africa and Thailand.
This is my fifth year teaching at Swim Like A Fish and I also work as a lifeguard and duty manager at Aquanation.
I love swim teaching and hope my students enjoy their lessons as much as I did, because swimming is such as important skill and every child should have the opportunity to learn and have fun while doing so.
